ORHEI-VIT - THE ESSENCE OF QUALITY, TRADITION AND INNOVATION
"Orhei-Vit" Ltd. is the leading producer of fruits and vegetables in the Republic of Moldova. The company owns the most popular brands on its segments of the Moldovan market such as Naturalis, VITA, VITA Baby, Gustos, Boom etc.
"Orhei-Vit" LLC. produces a very wide range of products: juices, nectars, baby food, canned vegetables, jams, fruit preserves, as well as semi-finished products: concentrated juices, fruit and vegetable pastes and purees,natural aromas. In total, there are over 200 different products. All products are made exclusively from natural raw materials.
"Orhei-Vit" was established in 1945 with the opening of the Orhei canning factory. Today Orhei-Vit has 3 branches (Orhei, Causeni, Briceni), as well as its own agricultural enterprise and distribution company. The head office of the company is located in Chisinau.
Currently, the capacity of Orhei-Vit allows to process 100 million kg of raw materials per season, from which are produced 13 million litres of concentrated juice, 600 thousand litres of apple aroma, 3 million kg of applepuree, 1 million kg of apricot puree, 1 million kg of peach puree, 3 million kg of plum puree and paste, 2 million kg of pear, cherry, pumpkin and carrot puree, 3 million canned fruit and vegetables, 3 million canned green peas and 3 million bottles of baby food per year.
Orhei-Vit has incorporated the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) self-control system into all of its production lines, which analyses the main risks, defines the critical control points and takes corrective measures, within thecontinuous improvement cycle PDCA (plan, do, check and act).
Monitoring and quality control of our products and processes occurs by checking conformity with pre-set parameters, recording the checks and performing laboratory analysis (in-house and externally).
